  42.  1. Tell CP/M Kermit to "set flow on" and Mac Kermit to use Xon/Xoff flow
  43.     control.

  45.  2. Make sure the cable didn't wiggle loose.

  47.  3. Try the current version of CP/M Kermit, which is 4.11:
